Paralegal
Jennifer has been a litigation paralegal
for over 10 years. She has significant experience in
handling all aspects of Federal and State cases from both
plaintiff and defense positions. Prior to rejoining our firm
as a Senior Litigation Paralegal, Jennifer has worked for
two of Philadelphia’s Top 10 Law Firms of Cozen O’Connor and
Kline & Specter, P.C.
Her experience encompasses several complex
areas of litigation such as: personal injury, medical
malpractice, wrongful death, products liability, property
damage, labor and employment, breach of contract, trade
secret misappropriation, asbestos, environmental, and
construction malpractice. Additionally, she has extensive trial
experience from the inception of a case through verdict, and
has assisted at trial in many multi-million dollar cases.
Jennifer received her paralegal certificate from Camden
County Community College. Before receiving her certificate,
she worked as a legal secretary for five years handling
personal injury, medical malpractice, product liability and
death cases. |

Jennifer has also prepared presentations for
various Bad Faith, Toxic Tort, Construction, and Mold
Defense Seminars in New Jersey, Philadelphia, Chicago,
Florida and New York. She assisted in the editing of a
Defense Litigation Manual that was distributed state-wide.
She has attended and continues to attend various CLE
courses, specifically in the areas of personal injury,
medical malpractice, and labor and employment. She has been
a part of various administration/management/communication
seminars and is a Member of Women in E-Discovery and the
Philadelphia
Association of Paralegals.
