Thank you for visiting my firm's website, and welcome. Here you
will find a wealth of information about us, the personal
injury field, and access many resources which will enable
you to educate yourself and obtain answers to relevant
topics about personal injury, compensation for injuries
sustained and pain & suffering and in particular protection
of your rights.
Since the firms inception in 1976 the primary goal
of my office has been in protecting victims rights.
I'm
proud of our track record in successfully handling over ten
thousand cases and providing justice and compensation for
our clients when they needed it the most. I owe my journey
of success to these clients who have not only trusted me but
who have returned to my office time and again and have
referred their loved ones to me with the confidence that we
would do whatever is necessary to preserve their rights and
concentrate on their health and welfare while doing so. I
sincerely thank and appreciate every client we have
had.
My firm consists of three departments which are
designed to insure constant client contact, increase the
value of the case, and to monitor and manage its progress to
a successful conclusion. These departments are
Pre-Litigation located in the brick building at 5709
Westfield Avenue, Litigation which is housed in the brown
building across the
driveway at 5719 Westfield Avenue and
next to it is the Administration building at the 5723
address.
Following are the departments and the people that help me on
a day to day basis provide you the best protection of your
rights, the highest recoveries and settlements for your case
and most importantly, insure your recovery and return to
wholeness after making sure your injuries and pain and
suffering are adequately compensated.
Once again, Thank you for stopping by and for the interest
taken in exploring my firm's website. As always, if you need
information about recovering from damages caused by
someone's else negligence, please call me at 856 665-5709

The responsibility of the general
administration of my office falls under my office manager, Mr.
Joseph Dennin. Many of you are probably familiar with Mr. Dennin,
since he is usually the first person you meet when dealing with our
office. Mr. Dennin has been with my office for over 27 years and is
a valuable pillar of this organization.

Manager, Mr. Joe Dennin.

This is where everything begins. Here the
facts of the case are gathered and entered into our
computer system, medical treatment considerations
are made by the appropriate medical providers and a
plan of action is instituted with a focus solely on
treating our injured clients to enable them to
recover as fully and quickly as possible. Management
of my clients' medical bills are handled to insure
prompt and proper payment so the client can
concentrate on healing and not on potential debt.
There are many laws, time-frames, and conditions
which must be met for our clients to preserve their
right to treatment and recovery of their case. It is
this department which focuses on making sure all
conditions are met to avoid any unnecessary delay or
denial of our clients' rights.
The
pre-litigation department is supervised by two
highly qualified individuals, Mr. Robert W. Brown
and Mrs. Kelly Bellucci, who have combined personal
injury experience of over 45 years. These
individuals work diligently to settle our clients
cases within the statute-of-limitations which is two
years for most cases in the state of New Jersey.

Kelly.
The backbone of this department and reason
for its success are the case handlers and supporting
staff. Without them there would be no sustainable
guarantees as to the successful outcome of each case
handled by this extremely competent group.

If a case has not been
resolved in pre-litigation it will be transferred to my litigation
department once a client has completed all necessary medical
treatment or just prior to the statute-of-limitations. Here a
complaint will be filed with the court and the appropriate discovery
process will begin. There are several steps which must be complete
before a case can go before a jury or settlement is made. Documents
have to be secured from the opposing party, interrogatories have to
be answered, depositions taken, and if needed expert witnesses
hired. If not properly handled, the discovery process could take
anywhere from one year to several years. My legal team is proficient
at expediting this process to reduce the costs involved and the
undue stress that is caused to clients by long delays. We are
privileged to have a team of competent and talented lawyers who have
successfully obtained settlements and awards in the tens of millions
of dollars and with many of those millions awarded to single
cases.

While often less noticed than the two
previous departments, this department is an integral part of our organization,
handling the management of the day-to-day
operations. While our clients concerns are managed
by the supervisors and lawyers, it is the
administrative/technology department which provides
the tools and support that enables these individuals to
communicate efficiently and effectively with our
clients, opposing counsel, juries, and others in
order to
maximize the value of each and every case.
These departments are totally managed by our
operations manager, Marie A. Carey. She brings to
our office over 27 years of experience in the
administrative, financial and technology areas.
